A group meeting was held on Saturday 9th September 2023 at the Old Church Rooms, Radyr, Cardiff.
Our guest speaker was Dr Susan Nolan from Consultant Cardiologist Cwm Taf Morgannwg University Health Board. Paula Yeo Cardiology Arrhythmia Nurse Specialist Cwm Taf Morgannwg University Health Board, also attended the meeting.
Dr Nolan’s presentation was about ‘Preparing to meet your Consultant’.

The next meeting of the Gwent Defibbers is being held on Saturday 11th November 2023 2-4pm at St John Ambulance Hall, The Fairfield Park Avenue, Abergavenny NP7 5SG.
Our Guest Speaker is Professor Barry McDonnell from Cardiff Metropolitan University who will be explaining the importance of monitoring your Blood Pressure.
Good Luck to Amber and Elise who are running the Cardiff Half Marathon on Sunday 1st October 2023 to raise funds for the Gwent Defibbers – Go Girls.
