What is the Priority Service Register?
The Priority Service Register (PSR) is free to join. It alerts energy companies about customers who may have extra communication, access or safety needs.

Are You Medically Dependent?
Heart / Lung machine / ventilator?
Sleep Apnoea machine / nebuliser?
Dialysis, feeding pump / automated medication?
Oxygen concentrator?
Communication Needs
Blind?
Partially Sighted?
Speech impairment?
Hearing impairment / deafness
Unable to communicate in English?
Careline, telecare system.
Are any of the following appropriate to you?

Decreased sense of smell
Stair hoist, electric bed?
Restricted hand movements

Remember, in the event of a power cut
Have a torch ready rather than use candles.
Keep your freezer door closed. The food should stay frozen for approximately 12 hours
Ensure you wear warm, loose clothing in layers if the weather is cold.
Remember that an ordinary plug into the wall phone will not disconnect in a power cut.
