Heart Failure Zoom Session - 10/05/2022

Many thanks to all those who attended our most recent meeting, either in person or via Zoom.


It was great to see so many people and it feels wonderful to be returning to some sort of normality after the lockdowns.


We would like to thank to Mandie Welch, Lead Heart Failure Clinical Nurse Specialist, for attending the most recent Gwent Defibbers support group meeting and providing information about Heart Failure.
