On Wednesday 5th February 2025, Defibbers Cymru were pleased to attend the Save a Life Cymru’s innovative approach to out-of-hospital cardiac arrest survival event, which was sponsored by Rhianon Passmore MS at The Senedd, Cardiff Bay.

During the presentations Defibbers Cymru had a special mention, as being a unique and vital support for people with Implantable Cardioverter Defibrillators (ICD's).

There was an opportunity to network with Statutory Services and other voluntary organisations to raise awareness of the work of Defibbers Cymru and Gwent Defibbers.

Guests heard heart warming real life stories of how Automated External Defibrillator (AED) and knowing CPR had saved lives. It was emphasised how important it is to learn CPR and registering AED's onto the Circuit. www.thecircuit.uk
